Apex Mobile Bicycle is a Veteran Owned and Operated local small business. Owner and Service Tech, Keith, is an avid Mt Biker and volunteer with the local Search and Rescue (SAR) unit. In his previous career, Keith spent over 27 years serving his country as a United States Marine, including three combat tours in both Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom. After his military retirement, he decided to pursue certification as a bicycle mechanic and attended the United Bicycle Institute (UBI) in Ashland, OR. At UBI, he earned the following certifications: Certified Bicycle Technician, Advanced Wheel Builder, and Certified Suspension Technology Technician.

Upon graduation, Keith worked for two different bike shops over a four-year period – in Carson City, NV and in Arnold, MD. In 2021, he joined Rad Power Bikes as their Mobile Ambassador for over 2 years and serviced the Reno/Carson/Tahoe area. In addition to his experience, Keith holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Master of Business Administration degree, and a Master of Strategic Studies degree.
